What browser including version do you use? Have you tried a reset of that browser or have you tried a different browser?

Can it be, that your ISP is blocking those sites?
 
This doesn't sound like a problem with your mini. It sounds like a connection / ISP / DNS issue.

Try power cycling your modem, power cycling your router, changing your DNS settings or calling your ISP tech support.
 
well actually it lets me login to some pages(like this), but not all... i dont understand it.... :p
i use firefox and safari, they both have the same problem.

i-im not to sure on half the things he said means.... alright if this helps any, i share this mac im not the admin and the admin says it works fine loging in to sites on his account. (hoped that helped a little)

Then turn off your modem and your router.
Turn on the modem.
Wait 30 seconds.
Turn on the router.
Wait 30 seconds.
Turn on your computer.
