My Mac Pro wakes up randomly (by itself)

Since I installed Lion (clean install) I have this issue and I don't understand what is causing these wake up from sleep.

The "special thing" is that it does not fully wakes but only for 15sec (the displays does not turn on from energy save mode) and then it return to sleep

I checked in the console typing "wakes" and I discovered many "RTC (Alarm)" events as you can see in the shot below

Any idea how I can stop this? It's really annoying
