hey dudes!

I decided to tattoo my MBA --- I was sick of it looking silver and plain

My ULTRA-TALENTED sister (who is actually a medical doctor) did the design --- pretty sweet, huh?

Yeah, the bleed-through look is not that great IMO.

Could have had a professional job done here.

.... and what happened on the Apple stem?

So then I guess getting an Apple related tatoo isn't cool?
I was planning on getting one...

the apple logo is cool looking, but i read "macbook air tattoo", imagine a tattoo of a freakin laptop.

It is one thing to be passionate for a company. It is another to be border line psycho for a company.

With that said a laptop tattoo is much more weird than an Apple logo tattoo but still...

Since this is a forum, and you can give opinions on a forum, I first, am going to respect your opinion of your Macbook Air of it looking quite nice. I on the other hand, think that is the stupidest thing one could possibly do to their nearly $2,000.00 laptop. I mean, the lines aren't even filled in all the way? Maybe if more time had been taken into it and your sister had sketched the lines in pencil and then carefully colored them in completely it would have looked better, but IMO it just looks like trash. It looks like a doodle that belongs in a 10th grader's Chemistry notebook.

As stated previously, just an opinion.

I'm going to do something to mine, but not sure what i want to do on it just yet.

I suppose you could use some strong type of cleaner to get it off? Or is it there for life?

as you posted it here for opinions, here is mine -

that is one of the worst things I have ever seen done. bloody awful....

If you are going to get something like this done, take it to someone who can actually execute the design, rather than the child like colouring you have done.

Sorry for the rudeness, but this is a shocker:eek::eek:

OK then

Sorry but i just can't see how you could do that with a texta, if you do something like that do it right. Use a sticker or make the sticker yourself or better yet use a paint.
I was always told as well to respect my things and look after them, for me this goes against it... sorry

The worst part is the stem and the circle around the logo which isn't even a circle. The rest of it is original and creative and would look a lot better done professionally etched. Go get some rubbing alcohol and take that off. Actually if the rubbing alcohol didn't work but smeared it all instead it might look even better LOL Just my opinion.
