Ok I am scared... My MBP is just booting on its own at night or when Im not at home and I come back to find it on. Its scary in the middle of the night!
 
Make sure you did not set it up to turn on in Power Saving preferences. It makes a nice prank, by the way.
 
Try resetting the PRAM and NVRAM. Not sure if this well help but looking down the list it may have a setting stored which is causing your computer to boot.
