My Mini fan is not spining, how to replace it? Mini is hot!

I noticed when I tunr on my machine, the fan doesnt spin. It was suposed to be always spinning right? Or does it only spins after some time?

How do I replace it?

EDIT: I opened the case and noticed the conector was only half-way conected, I pluged it in and its spins now, everything is fine.....sorry for the post...

Do not run mac while fan isn't spinning. You could easily do permanent heat damage to the thing. Order the replacement and replace it yourself for about 50 bucks, but only if apple is not willing to do the work for free.

Should be at 1500-2000 RPM stock. Download SMCFancontrol for full control over your fan . I liked to turn mine all the way up as far as I could with it still being quiet, about 3200 for me. Worth it to drop the temp a few degrees.
