My external monitor has a really bad greenish yellow tint to it. I have it connected to my Macbook and the display on it is normal. Is this most likely a graphics card, poor connection or dying monitor issue?

Sounds like a CRT monitor right? Try a new cable first, but I doubt that's the problem. Also make sure its not just the monitor's color settings. But I'm afraid it sounds like its dying.

It looks like the w on my keyboard is going out too.:)

The screen was yellow for about half an hour this morning but now is fine. It kind of jumps back to the yellow once in awhile. I'll probably grab a cable first since that is the least expensive. If that doesn't work I will add it to my week of a failed logic board and 400gb dead hard drive.
