iMagnify is an Application designed for iPhone to enhance the way we see. :D

With up to 4X zoom and 2048x1536 pixels, you can read even the finest of print.
What makes this Application so unique is its LIVE mode capability and its crystal clear resolution. iMagnify eliminates the need to capture the picture before you are able to zoom.

With the V.3.1 update release, iMagnify will be available for download.

Feedback is much appreciated so please let me know what you think…

Looks quite impressive I must say.

If you were to add some sort of camera feature to it then it would definitely be a worthy competitor to Camera Zoom or any of those other ones.

Or at least you could make the slider disappear after 3 seconds so people could just do a ScreenShot and it would work the same way basically [although a little awkward to hold still while taking the picture].

Good work though. :)

You know, you may have something that could be a big hit in the medical community. I say this because a few years back I was talking with a company about a job who does just this. They are digital magnifiers for the visually impaired. Bigger systems run THOUSANDS of dollars, but they make small hand held ones for hundreds.

Features that would be very helpful.

* Implement a way to adjust contrast, a LOT.
* Adjust the color palette on the fly; making high contrast color changes.
* Color Replacement, changing RED to something else, and /or GREEN to something else (for the Red/Green Color Blind People)
* Larger buttons

Search out the hand held ones on the web, see what they implement and copy, copy, copy. :D

that is very good, like someone else said I think you could be in for a big success if you get this out and known to the right people.

The big difference between what this iPhone app does and what those digital magnifiers do is that you can keep the magnifiers comfortably placed on the page you are reading and then work fine. Try that with an iPhone and you will get a dark, blurry mess- and it's not something that can be overcome with software.

Thank you for the feedback. As for the camera idea, they are two completely different softwares. We didn't want to turn this into a picture-taking software. We do have another App that will be released in about a week's time that will do exactly that. We will definitely consider the disappearing slider concept. Thanks!

Definitely! Thank you very much for the support :)
We always appreciate the feedback.

will this be a free app? or if not, how much?

it's actually $1.99. We are releasing an update for iMagnify within next week that will add a new feature. It will be WELL worth the 2 bucks :)

So this is a 3.1 only app.

How about some free redeem codes.

This app works for any iPhone but must be updated to the 3.1 version.
How can I send you the code? I noticed there isn't Private Messaging on this site.

Private Messages are in the top right corner, or you can click on the username and select Private message that member from the drop down menu, unless the member you are trying to PM has PMs disabled.

[app]icansee[/app] does what yours does, at half the price.

Neat concept, but I downloaded [app]eye glasses[/app] last week and the problem with these is under low lighting they work poorly.
Also unless you hold the phone perfectly still it is tough to use.

I think the issue is that he hasn't posted enough to get to the point where PM's are enabled for his username.
