So I called after sales and told them that I had two dead pixels, and if it was possible to get an exchange.
They said "normally, we won't give exchanges unless there's 5 or more dead pixels, but seeing as this has only arrived today in this state, i can see you're not too happy about that, so we'll sort out an exchange and get you a new macbook"
To be honest I am again pleased with them, they realised that giving me a product only for it to be annoying after the first few hours isn't acceptable, I was a bit peeved though, as I called my local applestore in southampton and they said there was nothing they could do as i bought it online. They were helpful though, so.. top notch service!
So hopefully by friday ill have another new mac, it might even come before the guy comes to pick this one up... I'm still going to use it until then though. **** em.
