my phone thinks it's in the future

So today, it is showing Sun Nov 13, 2011 time 21:40... restarting didn't help, any suggestions? Is there a manual way of changing the time and date? I have a 3GS...

Go to Settings>General>Date & Time

From there, you can try a few things, such as toggling "Set Automatically" on/off, setting the "Time Zone" manually, or just setting the date and time manually.
