They look phenomenal, almost surreal. Draws me to the 5d :D

What glass are you shooting with? (may have missed it, didn't see it)

Thanks!

About the glass I'm using - I am ordering some nice lenses soon, as I'm sorely in need of a nice ultra wide angle, and my cheap Quantaray telephoto lens totally sucks. Back in June I bought the 5D kit from B&H, which came with the wonderful 24-105mm Canon L IS - which is kind of my multipurpose lens. As for that silly telephoto Quantaray, I can really see its limitations in the results, but quite a few of the shots I posted here were taken with it - they were the ones I thought weren't too ruined by its cheapness.

I want to get the 17-40L Canon ultra wide angle, and also the Canon 100-400L IS telephoto...

Great shots but they are not raw footage correct ? you have done heavy Photoshop and other processing to get this look correct ?

well yeah, they are all HDR shots...no camera will ever be able to capture that "high of dynamic range"

What program did you use to HDR them? it looks great!

a couple of them have a weird glow look to them... but the night shots look amazing in HDR!

never say never (well, you said 'ever', but still ;))

The HDR is nice, but I'm getting sick of seeing it all over the place! :p

It's weird that I've only been to KC twice, but I recognize a lot of that.
