It's from the "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" series of books.
It's also on the movie.

The "Don't Panic" comes from the series of books written by Douglas Adams. He wrote the series "Hitchhikers Guide To The Universe". The books feature an electronic guide that helps wary hitchhikers get through their travels safely. The iPad resembles that guide very closely. Also in the guide it's motto is "Don't Panic".

I LOVE Hitchhiker's Guide! Wish I could read it on my iPad. Didn't see it in iBooks.
I was actually thinking about getting a gelaskin of the wallpaper from http://mantia.me
But then i figured it'd ruin the look. But maybe if i get a TCP case, ill just attach it to that. that way i can have the gag h2g2 reference AND my beautiful designed ipad.
The skins are high resolution so if your considering making your own graphic don't be afraid it it getting pixelated by the process. I was very suprised by the qaulity of print.

Looks nice but I can't figure out how the front skin works/attaches.
This is the first skin I've seen that covers the front as well as the back

Are you talking about the down loadable wallpaper? It has a matching wallpaper that comes with it.
So what about if you created custom Gelaskin using an image of the back of the iPad? A thin scratch protector and a bit of grip that wouldn't even look like anything is there. How good is this stuff? Does it last?
Edit: Pointless question as a clear skin like xoskins or bestskinsever would do the same thing straight off the shelf.
