Fabulous.
But usability should be a higher priority to you. For example, the text menu isn't large enough, and it doesn't make sense that the icons (or icon-like pictures) beside the text menu don't link to the items. Another example would be your method of contact... the mail letter doesn't clearly spell out its purpose and took a minute for me to realize it was all there was. Or in the photography section, the pictures link to submenus, but the name label below does not, and they don't really convey that you are bringing the user to a new whole category of individual pictures (maybe a more submenu-like approach would be good).
I also understand that you wish to communicate your strong talent by framing it with the fact that you are 13. However, I do not think that is either professional, conducive to potential clients' trust/willingness to work with you, and I think it might mean that you shouldn't have even been able to register on MacRumors, not that I care. But it just doesn't do any good service to your name or your portfolio.
I'd also recommend using your flamboyant aesthetic to your advantage. Capitalize on the glam, the camp, and the fabulous nature of it by targeting more specifically businesses that want the rainbow/pizzazz/sparkly/pictures-of-Marilyn-Monroe-and-Twiggy aesthetic. I mean no insult by this (as I am myself gay), but you may find great client potential in businesses that cater to the GLBT community. I don't know how appropriate it would be to give business to a (gay) bar, but I know there are quite a few establishments out there that would just love to have you making their identity, posters, website, everything. Maybe strip out the puppy photos and Apple mockups (though they're great, find continuity--if you want to do technical illustration, make ANOTHER portfolio or company separate from this). Good luck! Don't be afraid to be yourself!
