I know, there's dozens of these threads. But I'm trying to decide if these are beta issues, or is my iPhone 5 acting up coincidentally since loading PB1

1. I'm constantly losing cellular service. The signal strength (dots) goes from full to none to No Service. Sometimes it comes back to full, other times it sits on 2 dots which is normal for my home. Doesn't matter if I go to areas where I typically get full strength. Two other iPhones 6's in my household are not having problems, so it can't be my carrier. 90% of the time I don't receive calls or sms messages, and cant make calls. Though today I did manage a 1hr phone call without losing signal. Wifi works fine. I've done everything from reset network settings to full dfu restore.

2. Rear camera does not focus. Seems to be stuck on "infinity" mode so anything closer than about 10ft is out of focus. Tapping on the screen does nothing. Doesn't matter what app is accessing the camera.

3. Music and communications (phone, facetime, Skype etc) sound fine, but game audio and netflix is sometimes distorted and scratchy.

Other than that, I've been impressed with the beta performance. Had no third party app issues, even ones that have been problematic for others. Battery life seems shorter, but I'm chalking that up to un-optimized beta code, and my cellular radio issues.

I would say that if these things didn't occur before you installed the beta, they are not a coincidence.

Then given that other users have the exact same hardware, I would assume there would be reports of the same issues.

My cellular signal seems to "cycle". If I restart the phone, it will work fine for about 30 mins. Then I will lose data connection, and the signal strength will read full. Then it will drop to no dots, and no data indicator (LTE, 3G etc), then go to No Signal. If I leave it, after about 5 mins, it will come back to normal signal and I will be able to make and receive calls, but data will be intermittent. This "cycle" will repeat again after approx 30 mins. However, it seems that if I am on a call, it wont drop. I had a 3 hour conference call yesterday without issues.

This seems to affect location tracking as well, as my indicated location will slowly drift up to 20 -30kms away from where I actually am.

I have a spare 5c on 9.3.3 and these issues are nonexistent.

Either beta issues or hardware issues.
