Hey Guys,

I have been buying some of the GTA games that are available but i have found it hard to play with the keyboard etc, coming from a PS3 and Xbox 360 but i love these classics use to play them for hours on the PS2.

Anyway my question is, is their anything as such as an iMac control pad?

I'd be really interested if anyone has any links?

Thanks :)

Both the wired Xbox 360 and the Bluetooth PS3 controller should work as long as the games support a control pad. I think the Xbox 360 controller is more widely supported. It's possible Windows specific controllers may work as USB is pretty much a common interface and most if not all support the HID protocol which I believe is supported by both PC and Mac.

San Andreas has some functionality with the wired 360 pad but its not GREAT.

The game does work on PC with a PS2 pad with USB adaptor. I worked QA on San Andreas and PS2 pads connected to PC's was how the majority of testing was done, hardly anyone was using the keyboard solely.

Your best bet for older and current games is the wired 360 pads, they are widely available, very cheap and have reliable working drivers.

I have both so will give them a go thanks a lot. :)
