I went to the apple store on Sunday to complain about my now second iPhone dropping calls all the time even when I stand in one place with full bars.

Even though he was reluctant to replace it, I finally got him to get me another one. He told me to look around the store while he makes the switch, so I didn't see if this iPhone came in a box wrapped in plastic or not, as when I saw him with the box un-wrapped. When I got the phone it was perfectly wrapped in plastic and un-activated. However when I got it home and looked in the light, I could tell that the Crome was slightly scratched (owning two brand new iPhones before this I know that isnt right). I took it out of its plastic wrap and turned on the screen and saw that light was leaking out from the corner of the screen, though it looked perfect, that is a flag that this iPhone has been opened up. Finally, after I activated it, I checked out the usage, and sure enough, it had 12 hours of talk time on it!

However I can tell you this is the best iPhone yet! I totally get loads of extra battery life and absolutely no heat when using it, I repeat none! the touch screen is twice as acurate! Apple I love your refrub iPhone!

But I say this as a consumer beware, if you can't stand the thought of refurbished, despite its complete lack of problem or issues, then be careful when you ask for a new phone from apple!

Typed from my iPhone!
