I originally ordered a Moko Milanese Loop and after a day or two I noticed that one of the end pieces was not secure in the watch head and I could slide it out. I returned and intended to re-order the same band but it was not in stock so I got a Jetech. I then saw the Moko was back in stock so I ordered another to compare and see which I liked better.
Watch: 42mm Series 2 Space Grey Aluminum
Band: Moko Milanese Loop 42mm black $11.99 Amazon
Band: Jetech Milanese Loop 42mm black $13.99 Amazon
Moko:
+ The color of the band is lighter than the Jetech even though they are both "black." I prefer the lighter color, it has a grey hue to it. The color looks closer to the OEM Apple band.
+ The Moko is more comfortable
+ Can't beat the price
- The end pieces on the Moko are not as secure as the Jetech. They have more play and wiggle room than the Jetech which sits pretty firm and secure in the watch. However, the amount of movement in the Moko is not enough that it bothers me, still pretty minor.
- Magnet is physically smaller and not as strong, but probably strong enough.
- Band has more flex and feels a little but flimsy
Jetech:
+ Band feel very sturdy and does not bend as much.
+ Magnet is larger and more secure.
+ End links are tighter and fit very well in the watch head
+ The Band is very slightly wider and thicker than Moko
- Magnet actually pushes into the band too much, makes a noticeable indent.
- Band is not as comfortable, it feels rougher and not as airy on the wrist
- the color of the band is darker than Moko and does not match the AW S2 Alum as well
Conclusion: The build quality of the Jetech is probably slightly better, it fits in the watch slightly more secure, and the band seems sturdier. However, the color of the Moko is a better match and the band is much more comfortable. When it's on my wrist the two things that I care most about is how it looks and how does it feel. Since the Moko looks better and it feels great, a noticeable difference in comfort, I prefer the Moko.
