my screen turned FLUORESCENT..HELP

Sup all! I have a 2007 imac and my esc button does not work. I was watching a video on full screen but the vid had no option to exit full screen so i jus kinda went crazzzzzy on the keyboard and my screen turned FLUORESCENT..wtf? i restarted, rebooted, shut down but still having the issue..PLEASE HELP ANYBODY...

Step 1: Dont go crazy on a keyboard.

By fluorescent, you mean that the colors are inverted? Press CMD + Alt + CTRL + 8.
