My Service Provider Wont Show Up!!

I already updated my firmware to 3.0 and everything. I unlocked it after that & now my service provider wont show up. Why is that??

My service provider is: tmobile

What does it show instead?

Where it suppose to say tmobile it has the bars but their not raised up.
