My sister's 5c not showing the 10.3 update

The iPhone says that the 10.2.1 is the last update available. She has an iPhone 5c green 8 GB. She never installed any beta profile. Any help?

Yeah a few people have encountered this on the 5 and 5C. If you plug in through iTunes, she'll find the update there.

Make sure that your iTunes is also updated to the latest version, otherwise iOS 10.3 won't show.

iOS 10.3 will not work on 32-bit devices... iPhone 5 and 5C have reached the end of the line, as it pertains to new versions of iOS. The 4th generation iPad is also losing support.

Incorrect, as above you just have to use iTunes.

Except people have been able to install and use 10.3 on such devices just fine.

The user has to revert to iTunes to download the full install. It is possible.
