My website for the past few months has been a little sluggish from changing the client, theme, content, ext... but i finaly feal i have finished with the dirty work and got everything working well and being updated usualy once or twice a day in the blog. please tell me what you think and how i might want to make last minute changes.

Your site looks great. And the dick-in-a-box video is absolutely hilarious! One issue: The nav menu shifts when the mouse is over a menu item (I'm using Firefox on a Mac).

Does it in Safari too. Just a little bit, not really a usability problem.

My only issue with it is that it's a bit too Wordpress-templatey, not that there's anything wrong with Wordpress templates, but there are sooooo many blogs that look really similar now.

I agree this is too wordpressy, get in there and experiment with the css. You will be surprised how much it can change by just spending some quality time with it.

The Red Text is what I would remove so the navigation won't pop out from the top when you hoover over it.

Hurts my eyes too. (and I'm probably much younger than your father's age) Contrast is awful. And cheap probably isn't the right word, but it certainly does not lok professional.
