Hey guys, I'm kinda an amateur photographer, and I want to share my work. So, I'm in Maui right now for 10 days and will be updating this thread with pictures and videos from my trip!

I'll start with a couple of teasers. Basically a video from the plane, while landing and a picture of my view taken with my iPod Touch!

TO BE UPDATED AS FREQUENTLY AS POSSIBLE!

I'll be watching! I love the South Pacific but sadly have only been to one country there (New Zealand). Never been to Hawaii yet but I plan on going.

keep'em coming!

Maui for ten days, awesome, there's a lot to see man!

Thanks, I will definitely be updating!

My family comes here like every year as one of our vacations... so I've been almost all over this island. I have pictures from other trips at the 7 pools, Haleakala (volcano), the road to Hana, the Lahaina/Ka'anapali side of the island, and of course, where I'm staying now, the Wailea side.

yeah keep the pictures and videos coming, a thread like this is most welcome

if you don't mind me asking... where are you staying... from the pics it looks like molokini which was a similar view to when i stayed here

haha, I'm actually staying at the Grand Wailea Resort. (which is connected to those rental villas you posted the link to). I've been to both and the Grand Wailea really is an amazing resort, my family just likes staying in a hotel room over a villa/condo. (we are barely in the room anyways)

haha awesome it is a great hotel... enjoy your vacation! besure to check out the spa ( i recommend the hot stone message) as well as go early to go for your aromatherapy/baths treatments. Also check out the Humuhumunukunukuapua'a restaurant!!

Hope you enjoy your vacation!

Thanks, and yah, I've been coming to Maui basically my whole live. I've eaten at Humuhumu many many times. Great restaurant... but I have to say, Spago over at the Four Seasons was the best we've had so far this trip.

and @vincenz: I visited Haleakela a few years back. Awesome trip, but I don't think we are going to go again this trip

Thanks for the comments you guys!

And @swiftaw: I stayed at the Grand Wailea Resort and Spa... but for a honeymoon, I would recommend the Four Seasons Resort which is right next door (the Grand is centered towards trying to please both kids (a bunch of water slides and facilities) and adults(adult only pool, romantic amenities) ... but the Four Seasons is pretty much focused on peace and tranquility).

I would also recommend the island of Lanai. There are only two hotels on the whole island and both are basically honeymoon resorts.
