note: scores were on 32-bit mode, I don't have full version of geekbench to run 64 bit

Yeah, The guys at OWC were extremely helpful. The last step I had to do, instead of cloning the drive, just format them both and create the raid with the virgin boot drive like you said. Then Boot up with CMD-R to boot into recovery mode and let apple verify your computer and install a fresh copy of Lion. Thank you for your SSD guide!

My Mac Mini Server , upgraded with 8GB ram scored 8944 (32bit) (with 4GB ram, i was getting 8788). Deciding on which SSD drive to buy.
