I am going to try and describe the issue i am having to the best of my ability, if you have any questions, please let me know.
I am trying to write a website for a committee that reviews individual parts of a company and rates them, to see if they are up to standards, every five years. They review ≈ 7 departments every year.
I have a database of all 34 departments they review in a 5 year period with a column for "baseline review". So some departments were first reviewed in 2008, some in 2009, some in 2010 etc. I need to find some way to, at the beginning of every year create a record in my table for each of the departments being reviewed in that current year.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
