I noticed a icon next to my battery icon , it has 3dots bottom row 4dots next upper row then what looks like a phone handset ontop.....any ideas what and how this is??? thanks

It is the TTY button I think. Go disable it somewhere in the settings (frankly I have no idea where, but somewhere lol).

you can disable it by going to the settings then to Phone. and under calls the last option is TTY you turn it off there
