I woke up to my APP2 making this friendly chime and flashing light all on their own although I've never seen them do this before. I was able to come downstairs and record this video of them so it had to have been going on for a couple minutes. It's distinctly different than the sound they make when I trigger "Play Sound" on Find My which is a single note louder alert, and I can't figure out exactly what this noise was for and why it'd be going off on its own. There are also just my own devices on my Apple ID account. The AirPods were sitting on my desk next to a new M4 Mac mini. My MBP, iPhone, and Vision Pro were with me upstairs directly above the desk.

I was thinking it sounded very AirTag-like, and maybe could be the sound that plays when someone else gets the "AirPods Pro 2/AirTag found moving with you" notification and triggers them to play a sound? The kicker with this is that I live in the mountains and the immediate neighboring homes are vacant, so there should be nobody within BT range of these AirPods. And nobody triggered my exterior cameras, which see pretty much the whole perimeter of the property.

Anyone have any thoughts on what this could be? Is this something new in the latest firmware?
