Nvidia CEO Likes the Mac and has a curious mystery tablet sitting on the table...

Looks like a Giant iPhone... Complete with Disney Movie running! LOL

I Google'd all the convertibles and tablets I could think of and this wasn't one of them...

Is there an image recognition software that may recognize this as an existing product?

Notice Apple has not in recent 10 years or so used colored buttons.

NO. NOPE. NOT IT.

I sincerely hope it's not; far too big and thick.

It looks like a slot loaded DVD drive on the side, in which case, it's pretty damn thin...

This guy seems a little unstable, it's not the first time he's ranted on about something. I bet that has to scare the crap out of Apple...

Here's a bigger picture

To be honest, it looks a little thick to be the type of Kindle competitor many are speculating, although the angle of the picture makes it hard to determine. The 3 dots along the top do look a little reminiscent of the built-in iSight cameras - maybe it has a stand you could pop-out for iChat?

That's actually the size I have been hoping an Apple Tablet would be. So that it can adequately replace a 8.5" x 11" notebook or notepad. Preferable replace legal size 8.5"x14" paper.

Further I consider a tablet to be a notebook replacement. Not something additional to carry around so it needs a good sized screen. The last thing I would want is to carry and cell phone, tablet and a laptop.

If I wanted something tiny for note taking I would use an iPhone or for something a little bigger a full size PDA.

Can someone please explain the ergonomics of a tablet. As we see, it is flat on the table. That will be ridiculously uncomfortable to type on. Do you hover over the tablet as you type?

Also, how do you watch a movie? Do you hold it or use a stand? I have tried for a year, but I still can't grasp the "tablet" and why they are so coveted.

Did no-one read the article at all ?

Update: Through other people present at the event who played with the tablet a bit (I didn’t) I’ve been told it’s a Tegra based tablet that NVIDIA have developed to show off to various companies. This one was made for T-Mobile and carried their logo.

Solved. Not the mac tablet.

If apple ever comes out with one. im sure their will be multiple sizes.

I wouldn't mind have one of those!!!
It would make watching movies, etc in bed way more easier.

It's a pity that it's not the famed tablet. It was worth thinking about the possibilities of what we could do with it. :(
