iPhone MyWi version differences

I'm trying to to jailbreak and install MyWi on my Iphone so i can i can use it as a hotspot for my ipad. After intalling Cydia and searching for MyWi I found 3 different versions, one is MyWi 5.0 the other is MyWi on Demand and others are for different version of the iOS that i guess don't apply to me.

So can someone tell me what the difference in these are and which i should choose. I have a iphone 4 with iOS 5.1.1 on Verizon
