im assuming this was supposed to display the normal, "do you want to download apps automatically" or whatever. I downloaded a new app in my iPhone and got this on my ipad. Not sure if it's an iOS 9 bug or what. Just thought it was odd.

Got the same thing this morning. Never saw it before today on my iP6 or earlier phones. New 6s.

Same here, it appeared on my ipad after I downloaded an app on the iP6.
