Hey everyone,

I just tried out Nakko.com and wanted to let ya know it works pefect for making iphone ringtones and now syncs them directly to your itunes. In case you didn't know, now you know!

Your welcome!

Update though, I am having problems with iphone when adding the ringtones...

I have 15 custom ringtones added to iTunes that should work perfect. When I sync them to my iPhone they all transfer as normal and they all appear on my iphone inside itunes, but when i go to settings > sound on the iphone it shows 15 duplicates of the same ringtone!

Its always the first ringtone that transfers. I dont know whats going on, but basically however many ringtones i have it makes that many duplicates of the first one I transfer. Sounds like a problem with the iphone.

When in iTunes and viewing the iphone files, i see all the ringtones and they all play fine in itunes. Anyone know a work around?

well figured that out...

Here is what you have to do IF you get duplicates of only one ringtone on your iphone...

in iTunes....

UNCHECK "Manually manage music and videos" from the summary tab of your iphone. (create playlists for the music you want so you dont overload the iphone first...)

In the ringtones tab, enable sync of all ringtones, in Podcast enable sync of the podcast from Nakko.com

Click the sync button on the bottom right and they should then sync. I couldn't get them to sync until I enable the podcast to sync...

I did two tonight separately and they worked fine both times. I'll have to try to sync and upload multiple ringtones at once and see what happens. If I had to do them one at a time forever, I still would be fine with that. Free ringtones with a little bit of work is better than .99 per from itunes!

Thanks again man!!!!
