Nambu like app for iphone. (Combined Timeline)

Hi all,

Just wondering if there is an app out on app store that combines all home tweets and lists into one single column. Till now i was not able to find a handy feature as been in Nambu where a combined section is available, letting you see all your home tweets and lists tweets into one single column. I've downloaded quite a few apps, none of em is including this sort of funcitonality.

Any suggestions?
