Name Already Taken

I scanned a document via Files into iCloud drive and saved it. Renamed it 1098 First Loan. The file vanishes for some reason.

I repeated the same steps and now it says “Name Already Taken.”

Is this a known iCloud issue?

Did you search using the search bar for the original file? Clearly, it’s still there.

Yeah it’s a bug. Files is a garbage app.

Yes. I searched using Spotlight and nothing.
