Name not appearing on Fitness Awards?

Hello, my name won’t appear on my Apple Fitness plus awards.
I have my contact details correct and strangely my name appears on my awards on my Apple Watch.
Everything is updated but I’ve no ideas how to get my name to appear on them.
All help is greatly appreciated.
