Name PDF files from content of file

I have a couple of thousand invoices as PDF files, that I'd like to name after its contents.

There are some variations for solutions, but none that seems really straight forward. And there's also Autosplit for Windows, but I'd rather do it on a Mac.
I have Adobe CC with Acrobat Pro, but I'm not sure that will help?

Any ideas?

if you take one of your pdf file and do a "strings <file>", does it output some string you want as filename?

if yes, it's probably something that can be done in shell in a single command by using grep/sed/awk etc..
