Name That Font! v8,000,000

Hey guys. Sorry for another "what font is this?" thread but I really have no clue. I tried all kinds of online identifier things; no luck. Any help appreciated!

It's bundled with a winamp skin called Simplicity. Here's how to extract:
Ctrl-click and pick "download as…" on the following link:
http://axialix.home.insightbb.com/Winamp/Simplicity/Simplicity.wal

In the Finder, Get Info on Simplicity.wal and change its name to Simplicity.zip (say yes when it asks to change the extension). Double-click to unzip. You will find NonStepNew.ttf inside the Simplicity/Fonts folder.

This is only the second sample, the bold stuff is either a faked bold or a different bitmap font.
