Hi all,

I'm designing a website that incorporates a company logo which has a few custom letters. Could anyone please name the base font this is made on? Also, how would I go about incorporating these custom letters into a font?

Thanks,

The sub text is Helvetica (not Arial)

It's a pretty old brand (little research shows that logo in the 1970s) That would predate "fonts" It's most likely a one of a kind hand lettered type developed specifically for that logo. It's probably been cleaned up a bit digitally over the years though.

As for adding those letters into an existing font.. you'd have to have a font editing program such as http://www.fontlab.com/ but if you aren't doing it professionally, It would be hard to justify the price tag on it... not to mention those letters are part of a copyrighted logo.
