iPod Nano 3rd interface on 2nd nano

Hi

I've got a brother, he is 7 years old and he got an iPod nano (2nd generation). He can't read but know all the album covers he want to hear. At the 3rd nano (and classic too) you can see the albums cover to the left when browsing. So, does anyone know if I can make my brother's iPod's interface something like that?

You could change the language in the settings menu.

But to answer your question, no. The 2nd Nano couldn't handle the update because it's not fast enough and the screen is too small anyway.
