I have two major problems with my new touchscreen iPod Nano 6G:

1. There's no dedicated "off" button. Just when you think you turned it "off", the battery drains because the music is still playing. In order to shut the Nano off, you have to press "pause", but sometimes when you're scrolling through the "touch" screen, you inadvertently press the play button again, because you have to scroll through the screens - it's a touch screen, so there's no way to avoid it. This happens time and time again, I can't seem to turn it off, and feel good about it?

2. Secondly, whenever, I press the "next" button to skip to the next song - the volume seems to "spike", really loud!!! hurting my ears. Then I hit next button again, same thing! So now I have to lower the music each time before I press the next button so I don't blow out my ears???

WTF!!!!!!! Anyone else having similar problems?
