iPod Nano and Active Sports - are you wireless?

I am thinking about buying a Nano to use for biking and running, but don't want to deal with the headphones cord getting in my way or wrapping around me if I crash.

Because the Nano does not have bluetooth and most armbands are designed for the Nano itself without a plugged-in accessory, I am having a hard time finding a "complete" solution.

I am curious what everyone is using for a wireless headphone/bluetooth adapter/armband or wrist band solution.
