iPod Nano G3 no longer being seen under itunes

I have itunes 7 and two classic ipod and one new nano Gen 3. All were working fine but now when I connect the nano itunes does not see this unit but it still works with the two normal ipods. The nano still works but I can not updates any songs on it. Help is my Nano broken?:(
