iPod nano shuffle question

hi i just got the new nano and i was wondering if anyone knew if there is a way to turn off the feature "shake to shuffle" i ride bmx and when i jump or do a trick it will switch songs and its really annoying. only way to fix this is to put hold on and off every time i change a song. also is there a way to shuffle just a playlist? when i do shake it it just shuffles all my songs.

Page 39 has something on shuffling songs, but doesn't say anything about playlists.

How about going into settings and seeing for yourself? Apparently you can.

There should be another option in Settings that lets you select whether you want to shuffle albums, songs or nothing. Select 'songs' then go into your playlist; it should only shuffle those tracks.

My edit tells you the page in the manual that shows how to manually shuffle. Don't know if it will just do the playlists though. Try it and see what happens.
