Any thoughts on this… I have a nano 13” to collect tomorrow.

But the last thing I want to do is scratch the screen on that iPad. So I want to use a screen protector.

But what should I use? I have Spigen standard protector ready to go but that is glossy. Adding a glossy protector on top of the matte screen seems like it negates the point.

But adding a matte protector will give a double matte and probably look horrible.

I think an old traditional film protector may be the way to go but they seem quite hard to find now compared to tempered glass (which is better no doubt).

One of the reasons I went for the regular glass.

I would think that any screen protector would totally negate the advantages of the special nano surface.

It seems like you might be unaware that putting a screen protector over the nano texture display will completely negate the nano texture effect.

Good luck. I hope you find a solution because that was my thought process when deciding to get regular glass (which I hate because of glare and fingerprints).

I opted for regular glass because I like matte glass screen protectors (and I didn’t want or need the 1T or 2T storage or extra RAM required to get nano glass or care to pay the price to get them plus the glass).

If you want to put a screen protector, return you nano texture and get the standard glass
I think this is the best advice. I will say that, personally, I have never put a screen protector on any of my iPads and they have never suffered any damage/scratching that a screen protector would have saved them from. I would much rather just get AC+ and leave the screens naked.
