Yes, it requires a managed L2 switch that supports link aggregation protocols. Some Unifi switches can do it. It’s usually higher priced since it’s manageable and SMB grade.
Keep in mind this doesn’t mean you can multiply the speed by the number of ports you include in your LAGG. It doesn’t make a larger pipe, it only make it wider on server side. The server can handle more requests at once, but it won’t be faster.
