NASDAQ iPhone app gone?

Ive downloaded the nasdaq app on my iphone 3g at the end of june but the deleted it by accident earlier, now I see the app isn't available anymore on the app store. does anyone know why this is the case? Is there any way to get it downloaded to my phone?

yea I dont see why the app was removed I literally downloaded it 3 weeks ago on my iphone with no problem
