Navigation with Maps - No notifications

Hello,

doing navigation in the car with Maps, in iOS 10 the screen highlighted 10 km before a turn, got dark again and light up again 2000 m before the turn. After changing direction, it got dark again and so on.

This is not working for me through all betas. Screen stays dark until maybe 100 m before the turn and then don´t get dark again. Can someone confirm or comment on this?

I had similar issues. I don't know whether it's intended or not.

No one else can confirm this as a general beta behavior or an issue only on few devices?

Yeah I have been seeing this behavior as well throughout all the betas. I’m wondering if it is intentional or just related to the fact that Apple unified the lock screen and Notification Center and still doesn’t quite know how that’s going to work yet. Definitely a step back though!
