Navigon 1.7 Update Destroyed Panorama Mode

Has anyone had problems using Panorama 3D in Navigon 1.7? Ever since I upgraded the map "bleeds" or freezes, rendering it unusable.

The only way I can resolve it is by switching to 3D or 2D mode instead. Not the worst problem in the world, but I found panorama more visually pleasing and I did pay for it after all. I have tried uninstalling the Navigon app itself, reinstalling and then reinstalling the extra app purchases (Live Traffic and Panorama) to no avail.

No response from Navigon either.

I had to switch to the regular 3d mode because the roads were too small on the panorama 3d view, at least they were on the iphone 4.

I may have to downgrade too. I can't believe they changed the voice without giving an option to keep the old one either. I liked the old voice, she was so sexy. The new one sounds like a bossy, nagging wife. FAIL

Have to agree on the voice, I prefer the old one as well. Having said that though, myself and a couple of friends were having issues with the Navigon voice over A2DP via bluetooth. It kept cutting off the first part of the audio command all the time. example: command would be "turn left in 500 meters" but all we would hear is "..n left in 500 meters".

I'm hoping this has been resolved now in which case I'll be happy with the new voice even if she is a nag....

Haven't noticed any issues with Panorama and 1.7 but I've also just re-installed everything directly from the app store to solve a missing traffic data problem. Haven't had much time to play with it yet. Missing my Navigon icon on the phone now as well for some reason so trying to figure out how to get that back. Program shows up in search so I can run it from there but no icon in the list of apps. Sigh....

I certainly agree that changing the zoom levels has ruined panorama view. The contours that were visible before are no longer visible unless you are driving slower and the map is zoomed in. I also agree about the voice. To me, the voice itself is ok but the pronounciation is terrible compared to what it was.

On a side note, is the new active lane assistant working for anybody. It definately is not working for me.

LOL, you sure it's the same voice though? There were two you can choose from.

I haven't noticed anything new with the lane assistant as well, I figured though maybe it only worked for certain locations, but overall this update is really starting to piss me off. Arbitrary changes I didn't need, breaking panorama mode which I PAID for, and "new" features that don't even appear to work? Great effing job Navigon.

Update: Navigon responded and indicated the issue was being caused by a bug in Apple's iOS, which they said should be fixed in the next iOS update. Still not sure I want to keep this upgrade due to the ugly seahag voice it now uses.
