I installed Navigon on my iPhone and it takes up 1.4 GB. Through the home sharing in iTunes I install it on my wife's phone and it takes up 3.3 GB. Anyone else had that problem?

Yes, I've had this. It seems like it needs a little more than double the free space to install for some reason- either that, or iTunes reports the amount of free space inaccurately. Either way, I would suggest you delete one album at a time till you are able to install Navigon, then add them back to your phone when it's done installing. If you're at 3.3 GB now, you may only need to delete about another 200-250MB.

Thing is she has 7GB free when I go to install it. It syncs and I can open the app, etc. iTunes reports 3.4 GB is used up by "other". When I remove Navigon along all 3.4 GB is removed. I did a restore and tried it again and still got the same thing. It's strange.
