I've searched but could not find a answer. Does the navigon app give you a choice of 3 routes on a overview map when you enter a destination. This is common with the gps system in my wife's car.

Thanks

No it gives you the route that fits your profile that you enter be it quickest optimum or Eco can't remember the exact in app names without looking.

Worse yet, when Navigon picks a route there's no easy way to see what it is. That's my biggest complaint about it (that and the POIs suck).

Yeah, but unfortunately, Navigon is the best of all of the GPS apps. The TomTom app is terrible.:(

I had a Tom Tom Go. I know all about the awful crap that is TomTom. I wouldn't touch anything of their's if it was given to me.

This is my only complaint as well. I love everything about the app, but am baffled as why this is not text type route list. Heck, even Google maps does that for you!

I went ahead and bought copilot which so far is awesome. It does offer the overview and the ability to see other routes before you choose one. This is one great deal. ALK did a awesome job with this app.

Copilot lets you preview your route either by turn by turn text or do a dry run by the map. If you don't like the route it selects you can set up driving profiles that make a big difference on how it routes you.
