I'd rate this app as excellent if it had a planned route (summary) feature. I like to see my whole route up front. My inquiry about such a feature yielded a response from support.uk@navigon.com: "Unfortunately the planned route (summary) is not currently available on the Navigon Mobile Navigation platform. If you write in and get all your fellow users to also write en masse to Navigon to request this feature at the address below it will be added far sooner:

I have written a letter via snail mail (no email contact was provided). Perhaps others would also like to send such a request.

lylmo, I've found that the best way to communicate with Navigon is through their Facebook page. I realize some people don't have or want a Facebook account, but I would say 99% of the time they respond to any questions or concerns in a very timely manner.
 
I agree, their Facebook communication is great.

And many of us have requested route summary. Though I only started requesting it after traffic was announced; that's primary for me.
