NBC Back... did Apple make a mistake and add a show?

After downloading the update at 1:08 PST i did some looking around.

Under TV networks I did not see NBC... no surprise however when I look up shows by title like Journeyman that last aired near the end of December on NBC (Writers Strike) it is available to purchase for $1.99

I looked up The Office and it was not available.

Does this mean Apple loaded a movie by mistake and already has the NBC contract resigned? Maybe

I sent this in to the MacRumor earlier...

Journeyman is NOT an NBC/Universal production.

Journeyman, while aired on NBC, is actually produced by 20th Century Fox so they own the rights.
