I've had a Mac for over two years now and I love it...but there's one odd thing that it can't seem to do and that is play videos on the NBC news website using Safari. I just get the swirling circle continuously. I can play them with Firefox or Chrome, and my wife's Win 7 PC, which is on the same network, has no problem playing them as well.

Am I doing something wrong or does Safari have some basic issue with certain videos....?

Thanks in advance,

Rob from AZ

If you go to this link in Safari does it show you have Flash installed?

I do not have Flash installed and see the same swirling circle you described in Safari, but if I use Chrome (which has its own Flash included) the videos come right up.

Thanks...I do have Flash installed and it does work on other sites.

Okay, I fixed it....Adblock was blocking all videos, so I filtered out nbcnews.com and now all videos play on that website.
